This station is a station of the Navy of the Russian Federation and belongs to the Baltic Fleet. It operates in morse on several frequencies and changes them throughout the year. It was first noted in March 2022, although the Baltic Fleet frequency has been observed for a long time beforehand.

On the 8191kHz frequency, network checks are transmitted, with RMP being the sender callsign. Often weather forecasts for the Baltic Sea are transmitted in the form of radiograms from RMP to REO, with the SML (samolet) priority with their contents transmitted without cipher. Apart from forecasts, information about military trainings on the sea is transmitted in plaintext. Example:

The connection of KUFI with the Baltic Fleet station is confirmed by use of the same malfunctioning transmitter, resulting in a buzzing tone during morse transmissions.

This station also transmits Monolith messages, primarily for the callsign KUFI. Most notably, the messages often are preceded by messages for XHOP and A2CA on different channels and precede a message on the "Buzzer". Other callsigns heard include: BXGR, 8FE7, JGP3, AWRC, NZC4, TOD3, U352, DHGE, OASK, 5TID, NLJB, R5DG, H2C1, NJLD, RCJS, G3H1, 2CJX, ETTZ.
