M01b uses the same format as M01, however it differs in scheduling habits. The message sent on each schedule remains the same for 4 weeks, then it is changed, and the cycle repeats.
Unlike M01, M01b uses both the two-tone CW modulation, and also an additional carrier. M01b has a consistent speed of 10 WPM, and uses a computer running Windows XP, with the numbers typed in manually by an operator. Zero is sent as "T" - a single dash.
