Operation
All M01b schedules transmitted the same message, with each schedule using a different 3-digit ID. The messages were always between 30 and 50 groups long, and replaced monthly on the 1st of the month.
M01b was keyed semi-automatically by an operator using a computer running Microsoft Windows. Windows XP was used as of 2014, later upgraded to Windows 7 by 2019, as indicated by leaked sound effects:
