V23 is the French language mode of the Russian 6 operator. To date, it has only been heard for brief periods in August 1999, March 2010, May 2016, September 2017, and February 2021.

V23 was first active during August 13-20, 1999.[1] During this period, V23 utilized a female voice as heard in the below recording.
The current male voice has been used in all appearances since.
