19:00 UTC transmission on 19 August took place on 8140 kHz, due to 8124 kHz already taken up by some other station. Following V23's disappearance, V06, E06 and G06 came up using the same ID that V23 used, "362."
It initially had a female voice. It has not been heard since August 1999 - since then, a new male voice, using non-native pronunciations, has been used instead.
