Now we have photos from Neelovo (Pskovskaya oblast'), which CAN'T be the transmitter site of UZB-76. Why? Read at the bottom of the blog post. Many thanks for photos to Andrey.

UPD. Well. Neelovo isn't Buzzy's house judging by antenna, it was confirmed by three men already. Antenna doesn't suit for such frequency. We're on wrong way, gentlemen! :)
