I really really do.
So much has happened here in the last 2 weeks or so that I
forget half of it.
I'm about half done with podcast 14, should be out end of this
week I hope. Many many new members have joined up with us, great to
have you here guys. For those who follow the buzzer you might be
aware of Peter from the russian radio scanner forum, who
has been following the buzzer even longer than we have. Peter
dropped into the IRC the other day and has joined the group. It's
great to have P...

Hey podcast fans.
We recorded this episode in March 2012, but it never got to the
post production stage. I went looking for it the other day and
found it buried deep within the internet. The team had a listen and
we all agreed it was worth publishing, even though its now 2 years
out of date.
Its completly unedited, so do expect a very raw podcast. It has
not had the 20 hours or so of post production work that I normally
put into the episodes. However, its well worth a listen.
I have also ...

Good afternoon, everyone! 4D here. As you most definately see,
I'm working on a bit of a design change for Priyom. It's not super
beautiful right now, but this is a gradual process - I promise the
site will look better than ever in one...two...three...four
months/years...I hope...crosses fingers.
I've been tediously working all day to find something that fits
the site. My main goal here is to make a dark, foreboding,
mysterious environment - as one would expect for numbers
stations!

Greetings all
Priyom has some new life in 2014, something we have been
discussing for a while, but we actually have put some effort in
this time.
Last night we recorded a new podcast! Its been 2 years since our
last one (Which was never published, but will be up soon) So you
can look forward to episode 14 in a week or so once I am done with
the editing work. We want to keep the high standards up for our
podcast, post production is difficult and time consuming but well
worth it.
The "Lost ...

Greetings shortwave fans.
Every now and then we get a burst of new people into the IRC
channel, usually due to us being linked on 4chan etc.
I was curious about a recent surge in traffic to the site and
the IRC, so did a little googling.
I found this:
http://www.nsa.gov/research/tnw/tnw201/article8.shtml
If you scroll to the cited sources at the end, there we are.
We had assumed that the NSA was already aware of us of course
(as well as other security services) but we had also assumed ...

So as you can see in the previous two
posts from Web Weasel, Priyom.org will be adding a couple of new
sections to the website. I welcome these additions. You will also
note that the blazing flame which once burnt in Weasel's heart
is now but the flame of a candle and so he will be focusing more on
the two new sections of the website.
Things have gone the other way for me,
I've lately regained my large interest in shortwa...

What is the future of priyom.org?
Well, my personal passion for Number Stations has ebbed. 2 Years
of intense tracking of stations, producing podcasts, making this
site has burnt me out on the topic as a whole. I still enjoy
listening, but overall management of things got too much. I took
too much on and things became work rather than fun.
Moving forwards where does that leave us?
Priyom has a wonderfull community based around our IRC channel.
Radio is still a much discussed topic, but ma...

Hello Shortwave fans
Time to bore you with IT stuff.
The backend database is back up and running, so the messages
pages will work now.
We got the DNS records sorted, but the webserver had cached the
entry. So I recompiled priyom.org's cache code and uploaded it,
problem solved.
If anyone is curious, priyom.org is a shining example of
collaboration between the Linux and Windows world.
Our front end is a .NET 4.0 C# based website, our backend is a
Linux/MySql/Python system. We use XML and...

Hello Shortwave fans.
The site will be working, but none of our numberstations pages
will display logged messages right now.
We are migrating the backend webservice but the DNS records have
not applied properly for the website host.
So a support ticket is raised and we are waiting on them...
Hopefully back soon/
