The High Frequency Global Communication System (HFGCS) is an HF network run by the United States Air Force (USAF). It is also usable by the United States Navy and by the Department of State.

U.S. Navy RATT

The U.S. Navy facilities carry 24/7 encrypted RATT broadcasts conformant with STANAG 4481 (50 Bd or 75 Bd, 850 Hz shift, +2000 Hz offset). These broadcasts act as a backup for the satellite links used by airborne assets. All frequencies listed below are on the upper sideband.
