"FGKT" / "ФГКТ" is a Russian military commandment network serving the Moscow Military District. It broadcasts around the clock on 6970 kHz.

Every even hour (by Moscow time) this station plays random Russian patriotic music or song. This station transmits a message every day, the most usual timestamp is 17:45 UTC.

Traffic

The traffic consists mainly of the "Monolith" messages, "ПРОВЕРКА ВЫЗОВА 4321 1234" (CALL CHECK 4321 1234) and some of other unusual formats (see in Activity pages).
FGKT also introduces its own special format:

• Three-number group (sometimes there can be more than one): 120, 204, 243, 374, 391, 560, 561, 603, 666, 719, 755, 802;
• A group with 2 numbers, slash (operator reads it as "drob', дробь") and another 2 numbers (example: 31/01);
• Sometimes first two steps may repeat several times with different numbers;
• Last group consists of 6 Russian alphabet letters. They only include letters АБВГДЕЖЗИК, which actually decode into numbers. This group always includes today's date (first 2 letters) and Moscow time when the message was transmitted (last 4 letters).

History

The station was first reported around April 2025. The only transmissions at that time were music at every even hour. Around beggining of October 2025, this station started to transmit "ПРОВЕРКА ВЫЗОВА 4321 1234" messages to the collective callsign "ФГКТ" ("FGKT"). At the end of October 2025, instead of some of the "ПРОВЕРКА ВЫЗОВА" messages, this station started to transmit messages with a new format. At 20th November 2025 first Uzor message was transmitted. Nearly January 2026 the frequency was changed to 5400 kHz. At 17th April 2026 the frequency was changed back to 6970 kHz.
