Pikhta-26 is a Russian military commandment network serving the Eastern Military District. First heard in early 2026, little is known about this station and its recipients. Pikhta-26's telegraph callsigns, АСЫП, has been observed on frequencies of unknown origin as early as September 2021. TDoA results suggest that the station originates from the 181st Separate Communications Regiment in Ulan-Ude, Russia. While no traffic is being sent, the station may emit a low-pitched pip marker, or a ground loop with heavy transmission noise. Following day and night frequency changes, an 800 Hz tone is present, which often lasts up to 15 minutes.

As is the case with other stations, Pikhta-26 is closely related to the XHOP network. "Monolith" messages are transmitted as a result of monolith transmissions addressed to XHOP.

The traffic, which is transmitted simultaneously on both the morse and voice channels, consists mainly of the following types of messages:

  • Routine test counts which are transmitted daily at 1400z on the day frequency and 0200z on the night frequency.
  • "Monolith" type messages addressed to either of the recipient callsigns of a given season. Distinctively, operators first pronounce each codewords before spelling it out each repetition.

The frequencies and callsigns (both of the sender and recipients) change throughout the year and are represented by the table below:
