P07 is a digital mode of the Russian 7 operator. It features a custom waveform based around main OFDM data sections, and incorporating FSK synchronization and PSK header and framing elements. P07 is believed to be one waveform of a custom proprietary digital system, also supporting its F07 MFSK-based counterpart, and several other experimental modes.
P07 schedules are twice weekly and consist of 6 identical transmissions 10 minutes apart. Transmission frequencies are typically changed on a monthly basis.
P07 has been heard on the air as far back as 2008, as part of occasional on-air tests, among others of its counterpart experimental waveforms (one of which sometimes known as DP01). Its first regular schedule appeared in September 2022.
