Oddities & Unidentified
Here you can find any odd messages we have picked up that are unclassified.
Avare has recently discovered a new station broadcasting in the UVB format. Of course we can be sure that its a military station and not a number station, but we are studying the buzzer and its family quite intensivly, so we feel this station should be monitored. This station has a tempory designator or S6930 so we have a name to record its activity under.

Recording & transcription: Gwraspe Whilst tuning around 5MHz I found another station giving message in the S28 format. This one, however, gives it's own callsign as well as the destination callsign. It is also interesting to note that it gives numbers in their single format in the same way S6930 does, as opposed to grouping numbers as with S28, S30 & S32. |
The transmissions on 6945USB are actually a Russian airport CIS network, of which the night frequency is 3815USB. After much monitoring and research this correct conclusion was established by Gwraspe & Tucana.
The transmission on 6943USB is a similar network - callsign Assistent is actually present on 6945/3815kHz - but contact with a military handler has been established, callsign Bolshoi. Established by Gwraspe.
