V07f is the French language mode of the Russian 7 operator. In was first heard in 2021, and to date, it has only been heard twice, in test transmissions in Europe: on October 2nd, 2021, and on March 4th, 2024. Apart from being another language mode of the same operator, it does not otherwise relate to the Spanish language V07 specifically.
